James Sutherland and Jannet Sinclair

Hi, I;m currently trying to find the ancesters of James Sutherland (b abt 1791), he married a Jannet Sinclair (b abt 1797) 22 Nov. 1816, in Harpsdale, Halkirk, Caithness.
They had 10 children, James, Isabella, Alexander, Ann, Jane, Elizabeth, William, Mary, James, Janet. Son James moved to Australia in 1877 with his second wife Martha Tulloch.

Further info on this couple ;
at the time of thier son Jame's (22 Jan. 1831 St Cuthberts Edinburg ) birth they lived number 7 Gifford Park, Jame's  snr was a shoe maker.

Info on the families of both wives of James jnr would also be greatfully recieved ;

1st marriage to Mary Buchan (b. abt 1833 ) married 25 Dec. 1853, Saint Cuthberts, Edinburg, died after 1863.
2nd marriage to Martha Tulloch (b. 22 Feb. 1842, Lochrephead, Argylshire ) married 30 Mar. 1866 Calton, Glasgow
